The Den is Smoked & Uncut's dedicated space for the littlest festi-fans! Expect lots of fun in the sun, with arts, crafts and activities in the great outdoors.
This year we have partnered with Animate Arts Company who run interactive, creative and engaging workshops for schools, families and communities, led by exceptional artists, who are a little obsessed with paper and cardboard! Our younger festi-goers can get creative by helping them build a cardboard box hotel, using recycled cardboard boxes, wallpaper, fabric samples and scavenged supplies.
Professional children's Illustrator Esther Coombs will be on hand to keep little hands busy with foodie and nature-inspired illustration workshops. We'll even have creative Poet Justin Coe to get the crowd giggling with two performances full of heart-felt humour throughout the day.
The Den Kid's Area is a nurturing and safe environment for your smaller party people. The Animate Arts Company and Smoked & Uncut Team will keep them busy with many boredom-busting experiences. All kidiwinks will always need a responsible adult (18+) to watch them while in The Den (minimum one adult for up to three children).
If your little ones want to add a little sparkle and shine, there will also be a glitter artist on site for an additional fee.
