Want to make the most of summer by soaking up the sun outdoors and making memories with you and yours, then hurry up and jump in feet first to our line-up of open-air parties; intimate home-grown festivals, not too far from home, that are just as much a celebration of food as they are music. Join us to celebrate the season …no wellies needed! 

With 9 festival dates held between June and September, across THE PIG and Lime Wood hotels, set to an eclectic soundtrack, from folk to funk and rock’n’roll to reggae, 2 stages will play host to a summer line up including Noisettes, Toploader, The Blockheads, Ward Thomas, Rationale, Dr Feelgood, Flyte, Molotov Jukebox, a very special secret headliner yet to be announced and many more.

Let’s not beat around the bush, we love food, it is what started this all in the first place, so get stuck into some serious flavour at our brand new long table VIP family-style lunches hosted by Chef Mark Hix or his chef friends; three courses of BBQ cult classics served with a side of rock and roll! For all you grazers out there, our street food stalls will be dishing up everything from scorching wood-fired pizzas, succulent char-grilled and slow cooked meats, home-grown garden salads, nostalgic puds , cakes and ice-cream and just about everything else in between! And not forgetting to raise a glass, this year there will be no less than 10 bars to choose from.

Though it’s more traditional to stick a few tents in a muddy field, we are anything but conventional, so whether you are looking for laid-back summer vibes, a great get-a-away with friends or an unforgettable date for two, then sink your teeth into the Smoked & Uncut festivals; easy to get to but hard to leave!

The story so far...

The Smoked & Uncut story started with acoustic Sunday sessions held in the bars of Lime Wood and THE PIG, supporting local acts and providing guests with live music entertainment. Within a year Smoked & Uncut had grown into a small Sunday afternoon gathering with live music and a BBQ in the hotel grounds, perfect for soaking up the sun with the family.

The relaxed atmosphere, laid back beats, a passion for good honest food, locally sourced and simply cooked, all within the New Forest setting, proved to be the start of something pretty special. Within a couple of years Smoked & Uncut was becoming known as a festival with over 500 people attending a Sunday afternoon of live acts and street food stalls at Lime Wood, THE PIG, THE PIG near Bath and THE PIG on the beach. By 2016, Smoked & Uncut had doubled in size and our first venture into Glamping at THE PIG near Bath.

As for 2017….snuggled deep in the heart of the countryside, the combination of scenic views, the understated luxury of the Glamping Village, together with the rustic style and flavours of the street food stalls, including a VIP feast cooked up by Chef Angela Hartnett and friends, set to an eclectic soundtrack of good old fashioned rock and roll, Smoked & Uncut is definitely not your average weekend in the country!

The prize for 5 lucky winners includes X 2 Tickets to a VIP Heavy Metal Meat Feast, created by Chef Mark Hix (long table ‘family style’ 3 course lunch with wine!) including entrance to the festival and a 3 course dinner for 2 that evening in the restaurant of the festival hotel!
