What's cooking?

If you choose a VIP Heavy Metal Meat Feast ticket you are in for a treat! Head out of the festival crowd to join your exclusive group of fellow feasters for a lively and leisurely lunch; set apart from the main festival site, the VIP Heavy Metal Meat Feasts are the perfect place to sit back, relax and tuck into some seriously good British summer classics.

The feast

With a menu created by celebrated Chef Mark Hix, who describes his own cooking style as ‘simple, seasonal and British’, you can expect 3 courses designed to be enjoyed alfresco and shared between friends – the BBQ will take centre stage and the menu will certainly celebrate the meatier side of things! Dishes will all be served family ‘sharing style’ on long banqueting tables, you will be greeted by a glass of something fizzy on arrival and wine will flow throughout lunch!

Mark’s friends

Mark’s chef pals will be stepping up to the BBQ over the summer to host some of the Heavy Metal Meat Feasts on his behalf. We will not be releasing the chef hosts until just before each festival!
